I know the first step to be healthy is control what you eat but i love food so much, so to feel less guilty i tried to brisk walk 4 or 5 times a week. Why there so many delicious food in this world .............

I'm sooo out of shape. Gained a few kilos during quarantine and oh boy its so hard on my body. Trying a few low impact cardio on youtube and now my body hurt esp my knee. I dont think i can start resistance training soon. PS: I HATE SQUAT
