I think it might means the second packs lakorns of Ch3 in 2020 but from Thai fan's reaction seem like it means Quarter 2 2020. Maybe it's oversea broadcast date, since here is the showcase of Ch3 lakorns at Singapore for selling copyright.

I saw from Dang Duang Hareuthai promotion clip for this showcase and it showed broadcast date is Q1, 2020 and Roy Leh Marnya, it's Q3, 2020 so i guess Q here means Queue.
DDH will be in first line-up so January, Husband-in-law is in second line-up so maybe mid to end of Feb, RLM (PopeBella lakorn) might be around April.
