It's something along the line that prior to P'Por got sick he post a picture with the donor's card on his IG saying that he's donating his body/parts, because if he doesn't need/use it anymore, is best to pass it on to someone that need it.  So when he got sick his fan club was shocked. (They probably think the worse of the situation, because of his ... what you call that... peoples sense bad thing going to happen ahead of time... and some religion doesn't like to talk about death and such because they afraid it will come true) I guess that's why his fans were shocked and crying, they afraid that it might come true.
 
But again I pray that is just a coincidence and that he will recovers soon.
