Pope's popularity happened after he turned 30 so it's normal that he's comfortable with where he's at. He never seemed like the attention grabbing actor. He doesn't appear in variety shows, only some talk shows to promote his lakorn. His popularity kick started with BPS but he and Bella barely did major promotions together. I think it was in consideration for Bella's relationship. If I remember correctly, WB promoted more as a couple during that time. Almost as if to cover up W's scandal. @Som123 oh yes! For me it's definitely more visual compatibility. Yaya has such a young face and she's on the taller side with Pope being on the shorter side so I just don't think it'll look right. Her acting has gotten way better and she's been having luck on her side with good lakorns too.
Her chemistry with her male leads has been a hit or miss for me. Like I was so excited for her drama with James Ji but there was just zero chemistry and with James Ma it was ehh for me. But generally speaking, I think ch3 definitely should just stick her with actors around her age and ones she's more familiar with.

i love her with james ji in NNS but gotta agree with james ma. KKSL was poorly written and the storyline between leads was not interesting at all. Thanks to Yaya great acting/strong character, KKSL still manage to get high rating and popular in Thailand. Her meme was used until today.
and why ch3 needs to stick her with actor that she's familiar with? She needs to pair up with other actors to grow and Im glad she was given opportunity to star with some unfamiliar faces in her future gdh and netflix movie. She has never been pair with sunny before brother of the year but their chemistry was great.

LOL y’all. Yaya is still slightly shorter than Pope. At least I remember noticing that in TD & GRGR and being surprised by it. For me the lack of compability between them would be due to the lack of romantic chemistry. It’s just too easy for me to see sibling vibes between them.
I didn’t realise NY have acted opposite each other 7 times. Their last drama together that I watched was Rising Sun, and I didn’t stop watching their dramas together because of her squeaky voice. Lol that’s a minor thing that good actors can address. But by Rising Sun, I had already seen them act together 3 times. I didn’t see how watching them act together again would be different and I was already bored.
Of the younger guys, I would curious to see what a Yaya-Pon pairing will look like.

She was calm and diplomatic throughout the thing. I think she just wanted to get the whole thing over and done with. Don’t want to negatively affect her work more than it already has - she has too much to lose. Before she addressed the press there was already negative buzz in that she’s the one who kept postponing marriage, whereas W had asked several times. They did ask her about it and she answered well.
