22 Hmong refugees accepted by the Netherlands

I read from the Hmong Times that 22 Hmong refugees from Nong Khai (Dej Dawb) have been accepted by Nerherland to live there. Nertherland! What kind of language do they speak on this country beside English. How are these people going to communicate with people in Nertherland. They will be lonely.
