CHAPTER 7
Soon everyone was in the hospital, waiting impatiently in the waiting area. Tik
kept pacing back and fourth in the emergency room. "khun you have to be
alright "
“What did you do to him.” Sasit yells at Ann,
“I…I didn’t do anything, I didn’t know what happen.”
“You must have done this why would he be here, tell me what did you do.”
“Mom we shouldn’t be blaming anyone right now we need to know what is uncle condition first.” said Kwan
Kwan is right I should not be thinking what had happen between Tik and I now,
khun Akarin is first in line now, we have to know what’s wrong with him.
Hours had pass finally the doctor comes out, the look on the doctor face does not
look good. “Please, Please khun mor, what is my father's condition?” Tik was the first to approach.
“I’m sorry we tried our best, he only have a few more minutes.”
“Father,” Tik rush in quickly, and everyone follow behind. “Father are you alright.” Tik stood beside him. “You have to make it, I’m sorry
I'm sorry for everything, I am a bad son.”
“Uncle please stay with us, you have to be alright” Kwan was sobbing with her mother.
“khun.” Ann cried too. “Tik.” Akarin says weakly, “Tik.” he tried to reach for his hand.
“I’m right here.” Tik grab his father hands.
“Ann,” he cried her name too.

Akarin lets out a smile and his heart stops beating.
“Father.” Tik shed in tears .

“Tik.” Aom walks in the temple.
“Aom.” Tik surprised to see her
“I’m sorry about your father, I came as fast as I could.”
“Thanks for your concern Aom,.” He gave her a hug.
“He is my father also.” said Aom
“Just you being here, I will be ok.”
“Aom.” Kwan was surprise to see her.
“When did you arrive?, I'm sorry that I couldn't accommodate you"
"Don't be silly, we are family" being modest Aom said
“ why do I have to dress like this.” Lek wonders.
“We have to say good bye to khun Akarin honey, he is like our relative, and he
would be very grateful if we could say goodbye one last time.”
“Where is he going, are we leaving the house.” Lek didn’t like the idea of moving
again.
“I’m afraid so honey Uncle Akarin is leaving, and we must leave also, no one is
welcoming us in the house anymore.” Ann began packing her belonging. She held
on to Lek hand as they walk through the house one last time. “Come on, we can’t
be late.” calling her son
Ann arrived at the temple with her son, she tried to not to let anything bother her,
she wanted to say her good-byes peacefully, by letting his grandson say goodbye one last time.
“What is she doing here.” Sasit spotted Ann and approaches her ‘I have told you,
you are not welcome here!.”
“I just wanted to say goodbye to khun Akarin before I leave.” Ann said
“What are you trying to let everyone know you are his mistress ?" Sasit rudely replied
“I just want to give my respect.” Ann tried to force herself in.
“Stop right there.” Sasit tried to block again.

“She wanted to come in, I try to stop her, but she wouldn’t listen.” said Sasit
“ Your presence is not welcome here, he’s dead now, you can’t get anything from

“I…I…just want my son to say good bye, I know khun Akarin would be happy if he know
that Lek is here.” Ann replied
Tik thought about it, “Fine.” He turns to walk away.
The following day
"What is she doing here?” Sasit notices Ann and Lek sitting on the couch

The lawyer begins to read the will that Mr.Pholdee has written before his death.
“I am fully aware of the situation and condition that I am in, beside me is Dr. Sarapat and Dr. Thana
Woravuth, here to witness that I am in well state of mind while writing this
will.” He pause to make eye contact with everyone and continues to
read " 60% of the company shares will be given to my son Tik Pholdee,
percent is to be given to my Niece Kwan, and the other 35 % is given to Ann to hold for
Lek until he reach the age of 21.”
“What, why did she get so much? this cant be right" Sasit stood up and protest, she was very mad.
“Mom be quiet wait until he finish.” Kwan said
the lawyer continued “This key which opens to the case in my room, will be given to Tik,
including the mansion, and the 5 acre property that the mansion sits on will be given
to Ann. The beach house in Pattiya is given to Tik, and the accounts in Swiss. I
have arrange 10 million bath for Ann to use on Lek expense until he reach the age
of 21, the five set of family jewelry will be given to Ann. ” The lawyer put the will down
ready to hear the comments.
“I can’t believe this, she doesn't deserve the fortune, there must be an error
somewhere.” Sasit furiously said
“I’m sorry khun Sasit, but that is what he wrote in the will, we have to follow his wishes.”
The lawyer spoke. Ann was silent, not looking anywhere but the center of the
table, she don’t know how to face Tik, all these time she was wrong about him.
Tik looked at her, he was angrier than ever, now that she gets what she wants Tik
just wants her out of his life.
“Ann this letter is for you, he wrote it the day earlier prior to his death.” the lawyer
handed her the letter, Ann takes a glance at it and signs the documents accepting
the will and walks out.
“ What is going on now, why did this happen.” Sasit want to know why did Akarin
do this.
“Mom, uncle requested for this…….”
Tik didn’t care to hear what they are talking about, he walk out to follow the
person he wanted to talk with most.
“Stop.” He cried to her. Ann heard him, she walks faster, not wanting to talk with
him. “Ann stop.” He jog up to her. She didn’t listen. Tik reached out to pull her
arm and make her face him. “Where are you going so fast, are you in a hurry
to spend all the money my father gave you?”
“How do you know me so well Tik, you read my mind like it was your own.” Ann
mocked him.
“Of course, after all I use to be you husband.” He replied with a smirk on his face.
Ann of course turned around and started walking again.
“I just want to talk with you Ann, I want to a make a deal.”
“What is your proposal?,” Ann asked
“I want the property , I want to buy it from you.” Tik need her out.. “This is the
one place where I had good memories with my family I just want the place back, I
will pay you what ever you desired.” Tik waited for her to respond. since she didnt give him a response, he was even more angry
" I know you cant resist me, is that what this is all about? you don't want to sell the property ?"
Ann decided if she wanted a new start she just have to let go, let go of
everything connected to him. “Arrange this with the lawyer.” Ann walks away, she’s
trying to be as tough as she could.
“Ann.” He said softly.
The two parted as there memories shatter away
“Tik.” Aom cried his name very loud. “Where is Tik.” she speaks louder.
“There you are.” Aom sees that Ann walk out, she went to Tik right away.
“Aom, what’s going on.” Tik eyes were still following Ann.
“I waited for you so long, I was wondering where you were.” The two continue walking to meet with the others.
Ann,
I knew this day will come, it was just a matter of time. I'm writing you this letter
not for you to sympathize for me, as I have realize my cancer a month ago. I’m
giving you all this because I owe you too much and along with Lek. Lek really
remind me a lot of Tik when he was younger, when I first saw him, I knew I was
looking at Tik Jr. There is no proof for me to know if he really is Tik’s son, but I
felt it in my heart that this little boy is my grandson, and is indeed my blood. I
know that no matter what i do for you, i could never repay what i have put you
through. I hope that you could find it in your heart to forgive me. I hope you will
cherish and stay here with Lek and be on good terms with Tik that is my only
wish.

“I love you and I will stay where ever you stay.” Aom said
“I’m happy Tik, how about we live there when we get married; I hope I will bring

“Lek I know you will be happy here, don’t worry, you will be with mommy on the

okay.. finally caught up.. wow.. i like this story. So Akiran brought ann and lek in cause he thought he had put ann through hell back when he tried to seperate tik and her, but everyone misunderstood and thinks ann is his mistress. Now that he's dead, everyone including tik hates her! ahh.. omg...... i dunno if I want to keep living there if I were ann. But hopefully tik will understand her soon... only if aom goes away!! she's so annoying.

Chapter Nine
“ P' Tik .” Aom rush to his desk and kiss him on the lips. She let him go and startle
when she saw Ann sitting by the door. “Ann.” she turns to face her. " Don't you
have any manners looking at people like that, why didn't you say anything!"
Ann shocked by her comment " Miss, this is my office and you came in without
knocking, what if i was doing something inappropriate or something" she eyed
Tik. Aom looks at the two, " What is the meaning of this P' Tik? why are you two
in the same office?" Aom said very frustrated.
Ann caught Tik off guard with her comment. Tik changing the subject, " Aom lets
go to lunch, if i stay here longer someone might just have me for lunch"
“Lunch sounds great" said Aom.” Tik eyed Ann to see if she had a jealously rage
and pulls Aom out of the office with him.
“P' Tik I have talked with my aunt and uncle and they agree to come to Bangkok
to help with our wedding.” Tik wasn’t listening he can’t think right now. “ P'Tik.”
Aom tapped his hand.
“I'm sorry what was that you said.” Tik finally answered
“Our wedding, the one we postponed.” Aom said “Wedding.” Tik was having
second thoughts.
“Yes, did you forget? I guess I'm not as important to you like I thought I was!.”
Aom was very upset, she leaned back and crossed her arm looking away from
him.
Tik sighed “Aom, do you really think it is right for me to get married, my father
just died, and I am marrying?”
Aom thought. “I am sorry P'Tik, I thought you had forgot about me and found
someone new” she was letting out a fake cry, Tik felt bad that he made her
upset. Aom stood up about to leave. " I'm going back to America" Tik stops her.
Tik hated when she cries. "Please don't leave me.........................he pauses, We
will get married sometime next month", Tik said irrationally. Aom is very happy
with his reply and hugs him.
" I will buy everything from her, the house and the shares to the company, she
