I wouldn't have expected this type of drama for Mark and Yaya either. In the older version, there was an R scene and the nang-aek gets pregnant too. I wonder if they'll keep those aspects or just skip them altogether. They can skip whatever but please leave the real lip kiss at the end, thank you very much 555! I believe both Mark and Yaya can pull it off with the help of a good director and a few acting workshops with Kru Ngor.

What makes me confused the most is Khun Tik still constantly like Mark-Yaya pictures. I wonder who will get this pairing for their lakorn. Rak Plik Lok is romantic comedy light-hearted lakorn while this one is heavy and dramatic. I'm more interested in slap kiss since Mark never play this genre and I want to see him in an aggressive role. Jeerawit sounds like a challange for Yaya but I think she can nail it.
Mark and Yaya are likely Khun Tik's dream pairing but everything is all up to the elders. Rak Plik Lok isn't actually the most suitable storyline for Mark since the praek in there is suppose to be in his 30's and has a six year old daughter. The nang aek is much younger who works as a horse trainer so it makes sense that Khun Tik wants Yaya as she's one of few actresses who is good at horseback riding. Somebody like Poh Nattawut or Por Thrisadee would be a better candidate for the praek. It'd be funny if for whatever reason, Mark/Yaya are in both lakorns.

Mark has a baby face he doesn't look like someone who is in his 30s at all. The storyline of Ruk Plik Lok doesn't sound interesting to me. I find most lakorns with farm/countryside setting are boring lol
The storyline of Rak Plik Lok doesn't appeal to me either. A lot of fans on Pantip claim that the author writes great stories though if that's any help lol. If it had a little more drama like say Jao Sao Ban Rai (Por T and Namfon P) then it'd be more interesting than the basic cupid love theme. I wouldn't mind seeing Mark/Yaya back to back as long as the lakorns are well delivered and its different from their previous works. As for Kluen Chivit, I'm sure it'll turn out fine. Khun Da normally does a good job with remakes and her production overall is one of the better ones for Channel 3. I'm excited to see Yaya dressed up nicely since after all, she's suppose to be an actress. I've had enough of her in those ugly unfitting overalls that she constantly wore in DR and MT.
I think the only time Yaya ever had a decent wardrobe was in Kularb Rai Nam and even then some of her outfits in that lakorn were almost granny looking to me lol. The poor girl needs to get dolled up for once. It would be nice if they styled her similarly to Kim in RP. And yes, Mark and Yaya are really cute and compatible looking. I guess it's because they both have such adorable baby faces. I'm so tempted to upload a picture of Mark/Yaya and tag some of the team members of Lakorn Thai Production to see if they'll give us any hints. I can wait but at least confirm that this is real so we don't get all excited for nothing.

Lol I like the 'Maya' couple name. Actually I dont mind if they have lakorn back to back. I must say that Yaya is Mark's most compatible nang'ek physically. They're already close friends I'm sure they"ll have good chemistry. I'm getting too excited because this one is a slap kiss lakorn with 2 people I like in it lol

Yes, this will be challenging for Yaya bc the n'ek in this drama is very troublesome. She's strong, but also emotionally wrecked. She gets a few real kisses from the lead actor which the channel 3 will cut it out of the remake. Wish they get an older male lead though... Like Peter.
