Nam is not Danai's daughter, but is Pim's sister because they really loved each other as much as sisters at the orphanage only. I think Sompop just kidnapped Nam without Danai knowing. I think Danai might really like Nam so he was nice to her.

Case was closed cos of pressure from some people, to reopen it they need some strong proof which they dont have. The only proof they have is the autopsy report but thats not enough cos they still have no idea who might have killed Nam just like us :p
