i never seen the 88' version but the 98' i thought it was boring and dragged alot. not much exciting scenes between the pra'nang either. the rape scene was most memorable. plus, brook wasnt convincing. to me his acting is like mart, he yells alot but no type of emotion coming from the eye. atleast mart is cute though

Mart passes for me cause of his looks -->I am so bad. Brook, I don't even know why he is pra ek from the beginnning. He is not just unconvincing but he totally can't act from my point of view. Some supprting actors are way better than him. ----> Sorry kind of out of the SB talk but yeah.

I knew I shouldn't start watching this yet...should've waited til' it end! But then I always end up being like the only HYPED 1...lol.. cause everyone already was hyped already when the lakorn aired/while it was airing..just like JLR, I wanted until it ended to watch.. 
But it's cool, I just can't resist Ken and Anne!!!!!
PS- Ken or should I say Kawee scared the sheezz-nick out of me at the part when he slapped Narin..I was like OMG!!! LOVE SB, everyone plays their charcters very well!!! Can't wait for next week's episode!!!

Same here. LOL> Its Oum Ruk that got these two couples on. I can't get enough of them. Rang Ngao was also good too, but it didn't receive much attention as Oum Ruk oversea. It actually gave birth to Thai lakorn being subbed by fans. LOL!

yep, good thing they paired them up in oum ruk or else we might get to see anne/ken in this lakorn! plus, oum ruk was the first in a long time that ch3 started releasing their akorns into dvd again
Okay this is my tenth Thai drama. By far this is the BEST one. I heard of this forum and here I am. I am in love with these couple. Oum Ruk was also a great one that I watched. It started the trend of me liking Thai drama. So I got to research these two great cast last week. I mean this is the very first Thai drama that got me doing some research. I just watch it and forget it, but Sawan Biang is totally hit me hard. Anyways, I am happy for Ken that he married, my very late congradulation to them, though I don't know much about his wife, all I know that she acted and is older than him. Ann, I really like her. I know there is not much Thai drama out with sub yet like the rest of the Asian dramas. I can't believe I missed out in so many good lakorn. I am seriously hook to this one. Not sticking to it but superglued to it. I can rant all day about these two. Well, I am waiting patiently for the subs since I do not understand a word that is coming out of their mouth but I have been picking up a few lines. I think I mentioned it already, but this drama hit me to the ground. I can't seem to stop this liking. Is there any other drama that these two starred in beside Oum Ruk. Am I writing too much.
I'm so glad I understand Thai. I don't have to wait for subs and I'm not confused as to what's going on. Subs are okay but there's always something lost in translation. Not hating on non thai speakers but just a shout out to all who understand Thai! Whoop Whoop, this lakon is excellent, like JLR. ANN & KANE and AFF & AUM forever!

I know what you mean. I am half Korean and when I watch Korean drama with subs it is kind of misinterpreted. Though I can't read in my language, I am capable to understand when speaking. I am guilty that I don't know as much as I want but I know enough to watch a drama without asking my momwho is fully Korean.

It was during the war and he would joke that he is one of those babies that was probably raped by someone and was thrown away. I haven't seen the others but by far I don't think any remakes can beat this one.
