What's the benefit of being a free agent other than not being binded to a contract? Do you have to look for your own work? Are contracted actors paid regardless of no work/lakon?

benefit probably would be u can act for any network. they don't look for their own work they all have managers. and it don't matter if ur a free agent or not u get paid when u accept work.

The benefits with free agent is that of course like some of u people mentioned, they get to work with variety of networks, actresses, and actors. They get more offers and different roles. Plus, instead of just sticking with one network, they can be more well known and attract more viewers. Like Pual P., must cuz and mom didn't know who he was until he played in Rahut Rissaya for ch. 7.
