it has to be the mother...she was the only person who knew where annie was...i wonder what happen to annie's friend??..i bet after the friend told the mom about annie...the mom waited for annie but she didnt come home and SIR was waiting so annie's mom went looking for her...annie probably threatened to stop sleeping with SIR for money to benefit the mom and stepdad..the mom gets mad and starts hitting annie..they get into a heated argument..one thing lead to another and annie either jumped off or they were too physical and annie fell off...the mom probably went straight home and pretended like nothing happened..that's probably why she was drinking when the phone rang...*im sure the police didn't call her right away*
