Even girls here in Australia are using them, and yes I've seen changes but I would not do it for the cost of maybe my life.
You know, they banned those diet pills (Lida Daidaihuas) for a reason (it contains the drug sibutramine) and also other unknown substances and contain prescription drugs in amounts that greatly exceed maximum recommended dosages. They are banned in Australia, USA, Canada and UK.
And it is illegal for shops to be selling them! And if you are buying them from Hmong stores they aren't allowed to sell medicine, I'm sure they aren't doctors!! It is illegal to sell any kinda of medicine, diet pills included if they are not a licensed doctor. Because a licensed doctor wouldn't sell that product!!
Side effects?
The health risks posed by these products can be very serious and include high blood pressure, seizures, tachycardia (rapid heartbeat), palpitations, heart attack, and stroke.
Now I don't know about you but those risks sounds scary enough for me to stay away. So if one day you suddenly drop down to the ground, you'll know why. How about just eat right and exercise.
