How to use WINRAR for RAR and ZIP files TUTORIAL

I have noticed people have requested files in all formats. The best format is RAR files because

1. you only need to download one file for 10 songs compressed instead of 10 separate files
2. upload one file instead of uploading 10 separate files
3. winrar can open both rar and zip files for those uploaders who still use winzip... so you have the power to use them all
4. you can modify files in rar files, but not zip files so why use zip files when there's winrar.

So below let me help those that don't know how.
