Okay will i just heard about this new diet plan...and i tink i'm going to start it. I personally dun tink i'm fat but just a lilo..i dunno blow-ed? lol..well here's how the plan works..i tink it's call "The Food Diary Plan"...what it is is basically the person who's doing the diet just record everything she/he eats down so you can keep track of what you're consuming...it deals w/ guilt if you eat too much or too much junk you'll look back and **grasp** i reallie wanna shed a couple of pounds so I thought posting my diary up on here might help motivate me..and i'll apppriciate it you guys can help motivate me..or even betta if you guys wanna join me...i'm going to start this on Monday...so 3 days from now...ehehe
