If either the bride or groom is under 18, at least one of the minor’s parents, or legal guardian, must appear with the couple. Certified copies of birth certificates are required. The couple must also schedule an appointment with a counselor and then appear before a California superior court judge.

I can careless, but from the recent pictures posted and the pictures during her big win, she does look thicker, not to say, i don't think she is fat, i still think she is very pretty! Some people looks prettier and better being thicker while others looks good thin. But whatver it is if they are comfortable with it thats all it matters.
