^I definitely agreed! This is one of the best series I watched. I like how for the most part it stay true to the Qing history and the characters have their own flaws. Overall, it's a well-made series and the plot is very well done. The only complaint I had is the horrible CG effect in some scenes. The last few episodes were indeed sad but it's the reasons why I love BBJX more. It left a deep impression on me.

OMG! OMG! According to the comments, Tangren said that they'll be making a BBJX sequel. I hope it's based on the modern Ruoxi(Zhang Xiao) with the same cast but different story or continuation of where they left off(with Nicky walking away).

I'm kinda disappointed with the ending. I don't know about a sequal. If it's modern then I won't be too much into it but may try to watch it. lmaoXD But as long as it still connects with Ruo Xi and the 4th then it's all good. ^^

But I honestly think BBJX should just leave it at that since the ending is like that already.

I actually like the ending even though it was kind of open-ended. I just hope it turns out good and they have the same cast connecting with RX and the princes.

I have to admit after 2006, Chinese series seemed to be boring and unreal (due to the use of too much computer). However, after accidentally stumbling upon this series' OST on YouTube, I must say that it really captured my attention. It has great cast, beautiful scenery, and wonderful storyline. It makes me want to watch it but I don't understand any Chinese and I can't seem to find a Thai or Chinese version of it anywhere. :(

after watching ep 1.. i stayed up until 4am watching up to like ep 6-7.. LOL.. i didn't expect to like it that much already teehee.. XD

i was watching this.. but then i got side tracked into watching nicky & vicky's old drama together :rofl:
i failed once again ahaha.. but will probably watch this one and nicky's other one back to back hehe... XD
i guess my old nicky wu crush is coming back again after so many years.. teehee.. :coverlaf: :coverlaf: :coverlaf:

LOL I was never a big fan of Nicky Wu, but man I have grown to love his character in this series. ^^

though im getting side-tracked.. i got back onto this drama again.. watched 20 eps.. so 10+ more to go..
i really like it.. but oh how im starting to hate the 8th prince.. argghhh......

i must say i really love this cast.. everyone is doing exceptionally well!!! of course nicky wu & yuan hong are my biases since i liked the two since then... but.. im really growing onto the 14th prince :D ... wahhhh..

Lol. If you're starting to like 14th prince then you should watch this video. It's him and Min Min Ge Ge in Hu Ge's newest album.
