Does anyone in here cook?! can someone please tell me what spice or spices to use for meat.. with no sodium or sugar.. please someone help me.. and it will make the meat edible..
no oil.. no frying.. just like baking or broil.. I recommend taking some a white meat fish like tilapia or something like salmon and if you don't like fish, try chicken pieces, throw it together with some olive oil, lemon slices and a little of it's juice, garlic, mushrooms, sage or thyme and maybe no sodium seasoning if you can find it
Then take two sheets of foil and put it in the middle of that
Bring the two sides together and fold it over a couple of times and then take one of the remaining sides and fold it over a couple times too. Do the same with the other side. Make sure you leave a little room inside for steam and the food to move around a little bit. Put it on a baking sheet and bake it at 350 or 375 for about 15-20 minutes for fish, 20-25 minutes for chicken. Have it with some rice or pasta or whatever. Easy! (I hope)
