Does anyone in here cook?! can someone please tell me what spice or spices to use for meat.. with no sodium or sugar.. please someone help me.. and it will make the meat edible..

beer...marinade it with beer, a bit of garlic powder, black chili. so no sodium??? like no salt? man...that's gonna be hard, but u can try what i listed without the salt.

yea..=( i need garlic powder than.. what does garlic powder have?? beer doesnt have sodium?!1 yea NO SALT!! OR SUGAR.. its a diet.. >.< only 4 days a week though.. i need more help any more suggestion?

you can season with herbs, aromatics and spices, i.e. mushrooms, all kinds of onions, shallots, chili peppers, garlic, tomatoes, lemon, oranges, etc and there are no salt/no sodium seasonings out there
I recommend taking some a white meat fish like tilapia or something like salmon and if you don't like fish, try chicken pieces, throw it together with some olive oil, lemon slices and a little of it's juice, garlic, mushrooms, sage or thyme and maybe no sodium seasoning if you can find it
Then take two sheets of foil and put it in the middle of that
Bring the two sides together and fold it over a couple of times and then take one of the remaining sides and fold it over a couple times too. Do the same with the other side. Make sure you leave a little room inside for steam and the food to move around a little bit. Put it on a baking sheet and bake it at 350 or 375 for about 15-20 minutes for fish, 20-25 minutes for chicken. Have it with some rice or pasta or whatever. Easy! (I hope)

no oil.. no frying.. just like baking or broil.. I know it's sad.. so I didnt even start.. cuz it taste like crap so I resort to eating my carbs rice and food =) less sugar and work out more..
