Hey it's Kkrystal,
I know there are many of us out there that wanted to learn how to read, write, and understand Thai. Instead of just thinking about it or fantasizing about learning, let's do it for real. Let's all learn Thai. Some of you probably have seen in Tina's signature about Thai classes and PM me. Well let's make it formal and have a sign up sheet. These classes will merge Memorybox and Sarnworld members together. I've decided to hold 3 classes because there is no way you can learn it all in 1 class. Sadly I'll have to charge money because from last experience in teaching Thai; people tend to take advantage of free class. I think they'll put more effort if they have to pay for it. If you have you problem paying we can make some arrangement. Any other question you can reply to this thread or if it's a personal matter then you may PM me. You can also catch me on MSN.
Just fill out as much as you can. From this form I'll chose which class you'll belong in. There'll be 3 different classes. The classes are as followed;
Class I Intro to Thai. $30 Last day to Sign up March 4th.
This class will be for those who are “foreigner” which basically means those who have no knowledge of Thai. They can't read, write, nor understand. This class will consist a lot with vocabulary. Your teacher will teach you some daily conversion and some background. Vocabulary is important. You'll need this to proceed to Class II.
Class II Thai Writing System. $30 Last day to Sign up March 31st.
This class your teacher will introduce the writing system to you. Get you familiar with reading them. Your teacher will make sure that you can write them properly and once again more vocabulary to learn.
Class III. Thai Phonic. $40 No due date yet.
Just from the word “phonic” you can guess what this class will consist. There'll be a lot of Reading and Speech. You'll learn to speak and converse in Thai. We'll try to have everyone speak only in Thai so you'll get use to it. There'll be a lot of reading assignment to make sure you understand what you are reading and reading it correctly.
Some Requirement for this online course:
Microphone preferable to be a Headset so it'll cut down background noise.
Internet connection preferable to be dsl or cable
Printer and scanner
Window 2000 and up. (If you have a Mac, I'll look into it and see if the program we're using is compatible or not)

What type of internet connection do you have:
Which class are you interested in?
Why do you want to learn Thai?
From a Range of 1-10 Rate your thai skill:
Which can't you do read, write, understand?
Do you have a printer and/or scanner?
If you answer yes to the above question,
please state which one you have or if you have both
please do mention you have both.
Will you're parents be okay with you learning thai?
The reason I asks this is because I don't want you to later quit class,
because you're parents are against it.
Can you pay upfront?
Okay that's about it. All question, complaints, discussion can all go in here because I rather have 1 thread instead of a millions. I'll suffer and skim through if I have to but it'll be easier on my case. Any update I'll just edit this post. So please even after you sign up come back and recheck this thread.
PS. NO Refunds.
