NP! Haha me neither. I actually took a lot of acting and drama classes a few years back and while it was fun, I realized that I'm much more passionate about singing and dancing instead. Acting is very dynamic. You can learn to be a good actor/acresses but everything really has to come from within. It's either you have that passion or you don't.

As for Patricia, I think she has a lot of potential but she just hasn't hit that mark just yet. Working with Khun Ruay and P'Kai so often hasn't helped her move forward because while the characters she portrays are different from each other, they don't offer a lot of depth or growth. Her past co-stars also haven't been able to bring out that fire in her either. I honestly think her overall package is very similar to Yaya where both have the same appeal. Both Yaya and Patricia are well rounded girls; well spoken, educated, respectful, considerate and humble with good work ethics. Obviously both are extremely beautiful and versatile in their physical appearance and even their acting styles are somewhat similar in my eyes. The main difference for me is that Yaya has the upperhand in acting because her body language is more expressive but in terms of personality, Patricia comes off more refined and mature which I prefer. She has the perfect balance of cuteness and sophistication. They might not be the most skilled actresses but I see ambition and determination in them which tells me that they have the ability succeed their own individual endeavours once they are put to the real test. So many people around the globe don't just love Yaya because they think she's the best actress of her generation. They like/admire/adore her because she's a representation, a reflection of the kind of person they aspire to be. She encompasses the values and morals that people deem important. According to fans, she's that girl who would attend concert practices everyday despite having a foot injury, the girl who would film an underwater scene multiple times to satisfy the producer when she has a high fever, the one to walk in the rain to attend an event when other forms of transportation weren't available at the time and still put on a smile when senior actresses were making a jab at her, the one who would offer her fanclub rides home when it was dark outside, the one who would pout and sulk because she didn't want to leave her fans by themselves. It was no surprise to me why so many fandoms, especially Yaya's felt threatened by Patricia because she was just as promising during her debut. Her looks alone is already threat to many lol. Heck, I'm not the biggest fan of Yaya myself and I often get extremely really annoyed of her aeb-baew-ness offscreen and career management. However, I also acknowledge that she some really great redeeming qualities that very few actresses have which makes her standout from the rest. I see a lot of similarities in Patricia as well so I hope that they will work with good productions and find their way to becoming the type of actress they want to be.

Thank you thank you thank you. At last someone not sleeping on Patricia. I feel her mom management still need improvement on acting department. Son is not the type to make an actress grows . I want her to play with an actor like New Chaiyapol who is very very good and Phet Takrit who is very charming. She had chemistry with Nadech in Lsr hope they will get to play together and Mario too.

She has a really solid fanbase particularly in Cambodia because she went there as a guest star for the opening of a new television company so people are definitely not sleeping on her : ) I just don't know what the Channel is doing with her right now. She's the most promising of all the girls in her generation IMHO (Yam, Ice, Nychaa, Diana, Richy, Aom, Yeena, Preem, Gap etc.) Mae, Kao, Prim and Carissa are not bad but they lack that level of gracefulness that I look for in a lead actress which is why I think in looks alone, Patricia blows all of them out of the water. They need to pair her up with Mario, James Ma, James Ji, Nine, Phet, Alek or someone along those lines.

May Patricia continue to receive some more international recognition. She's honestly a very cute and humble girl. I've met her multiple times whenever I'm in BK and she's amongst the sweetest celebrities I've ever come across along with Prang, Benz Pornchita Pock Piydathida and Ann Siriam.

Wow you met so many celebrities ! I would like to meet her in real too. She is a looker for sure ! Yeah I want her with those actor. Boy does not appeal to me unfortunately. Ch3 is doing the same mistake Ch7 does with Now. Both got the package and are serious lookers and graceful, different kind of beauty but the same 'ultimate n'ek' appeal but maybe too much for them channels to handle ???
PS : Maeya shouldn't have signed with Ch3. They can't handle dark skin beauty. Another slept on graceful beauty by the elders

I apologize if my comment offended anyone but I think I made my point pretty clear. If not, I will clarify now that I'm not comparing the two actresses for the heck of it. Never in my comment did I only focus on beauty alone or else I wouldn't have wrote an essay outlining the good qualities that Yaya and Patricia have, mutually and individually. I never said one was prettier than the other nor did I say their acting careers are the same in every regard. Obviously two people regardless of how similar they are will walk different pathways. What I said was that they have the same appeal which is why they have so many mutual fans. People don't admire actresses on the basis of acting alone, they look at the whole package. Whether you agree or not whether Patricia is considered a threat by all fan clubs, that's your choice but time has proven on multiple occasions that every co-star she's paired up with who already has a koojin, she always gets critisized heavily by countless fandoms until it makes headlines. If people had faith and were openminded about their favorite onscreen pair, they wouldn't have to feel insecure towards a newbie like Patricia who hasn't accumulated that much experience. It's pretty evident as to why the same thing keeps happening with her. I'll leave it at that.

@preetam, aside from Patricia, all my meetings with the celebrities were unintentional lol. I guess when you hang around the common areas like Siam Paragon and Central World, you're more likely to be there when an event is happening and the chances if you bumping into someone there is more highly. I was just lucky to be at the right places at the right times. Truthfully, I've talked to Patricia even before she made her acting debut and until this day, she remains to be the same girl I knew from day one. As for Ch3, I think they're just overwhelming themselves with all the new batch of actors/actresses they have. It seems like they did make the effort to promote Patricia but after LSR, they neglected her in favor of other people. I agree about Maeya, she's very talented and humble but they only gave her evening lakorns. Even Ch7 did a better job at managing Pooklook who eventually made herself into a well known and capable actress. I'm already pissed off that Ch3 isn't exactly promoting Yoghurt Rawiwan into a full status nang aek. She's exactly what Ch3 is missing; a middle aged, Thai beauty with both grace and sass.

I was OK with Boy until his sex scandal but pretty much over him after FLF. His acting doesn't match up to his hype but in Thai industry it rarely does. Sometimes, they make you wonder how do people get so far ahead with acting skills that keep on repeating itself.

For instance, Kim-Mark, Yaya-Nadech may have the best chemistry together, but it gets boring when it's the same pair!

Actresses:
Janie Tien.- her looks just doesn't get to me..
Kimberly- seems like she always get the same roles meaning characters with similar personalities. Directors need to challenge her skills!
Matt Peeranee- seems so-so to me. I watched a few episodes of a lakorn she did with Great. Didn't feel any spark from her. Her acting skills didn't surprise me. Maybe I need to give her another chance ?

Actors:
Mark-his lakorns doesn't seem interesting. Only one I enjoyed is the one with Yaya!
Son Yuke-acting skills sucks and his looks are eh'
Boy Pakorn-his looks. I haven't given him a chance yet, but looks are important to me.. unless I fall in love with a character he/she have played!
Nadech-nothing against him! He shouldn't be on this list! I think he's soo good looking, his skills are great! but his pairings are eh'. For some reason, I feel like he doesn't belong in ch3

Interesting thread, it got me thinking but I don't have an actor or actress who I actively avoid at all costs. There are those who I eye-roll at e.g. Mart but if I'm interested enough in the story I'll end up watching (with complaints lol)

I agree, the only lakorn from Mark I managed to like was with Yaya too. Hopefully they switch up the pairings a little more often.
