Good sleep can do wonders. Had a long nap in afternoon and felt better. Had been sleep deprived for three days straight.

Praying that my family recovers quickly. Parents were tested positive for COVID bc my mother was exposed to it by one of her cousins she works with. My older brother is now positive bc he may have been exposed to it from my parents. Praying the rest of my siblings and I are negative. Such distressing times.
