^^well said noy! it wasnt just anne/ken that stood out but most of the cast like nampeung, louis, the dad and jensuda. they all did a terrific job portraying their role and they played a huge part in the lakorn as well. we got to see an aggressive yet sensitive side of kawee that we didnt see in the last version and not only that, the producer actually added more scenes between kawee and his dad so we could get a clearer view as to why kawee is the way that he is. the list goes on..bravo to SB! ^_^

i like the fact that Narin in 08 was more of a bad-mouth to kawee. the things that she say hits you!..

ahaha i did watch Sawan Bieng...i admit...ken is a very awesome actor...a very different role than he played before...but...usually that is why many people start watching it and why they would watch it to the end....i mean i would watch a lakorn to the end even if it's not that great just to see what happens in the end....(not saying that SB is that) i liked SB....but what part of the storyline did you like...????

I think Daoprasook with Num and Kob held the record for highest rating lakorn ever in history until now... if I remember correctly, I believe the ratings for Daoprasook was 23. If Sawan Bieng got a 25 rating then it might have beat Daoprasook. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong

I know these two lakorns can't be compared because Daoprasook was back then... and Sawan Bieng is now. Plus Daoprasook was like 23 episodes long and Sawan Bieng is only 12 episodes.

well said noy...lol i totally agree with you mama=] Ann has always been my top nang ek...i adore her very much..her acting is just "undescribable" as for Ken.....seen so many of his lakorn..and every time i see him in a new lakorn..his acting gets better and better..he not only has the look but he's one hella of actor..they both did a great job in SB..i enjoyed every moment of it && im sure most of us did=]

but honestly there are so many reasons that could pull SB down...i mean the fact that everyone knew and loved Ken & Ann alreadie can also be a disadvantage...and since Oum Ruk was such a big success...the fans will be obligated to compare and see if they out shined their last lakorn ( i personally cannot pick between the two lakorns)...just like we were discussing it earlier in the SB thread we all have such high expectations of it...if it wasn't good enough by just a little we'll throw it off to the side...lastly Ken..dude! tat dude is alreadie married...if he can still pulled off a lakorn like tis w/ out the public talking crap about him and tunning off their...you gotta give it to him...

well i'm gonna state my comments too out in the clear cuz it's just merely my opinion so i'm not gonna hide it under some spoiler..so if you get offended..anyways...SB still kicked ass in SW...finishing over 500+ pages wen the lakorn ended whereas JLR stand at 300+ wen it finished..these record i'm sure will be broken later..as for the moment...and i guess i'm reasonning like you too..I tink the reason JLR could out beat SB on SW based on artwork and other stuff is also due the airing time..most of the members on here are from the US..and luckie JLR aired in Jan..beginning of the year..little stress...whears SB began in March..ending here in April..freaking! the school year is ending! Finals are HERE! it's bascially crunch time...so to me...SB KICKED A$$$! and also..last point here..what really matters it the BIG PICTURE! -_-..the ratings...

well..what part did you like about JLR..i find the lakorn..i'm sorrie fans...but to me i find it typical...pra'ek mistaken the nang'ek for someone else who hurted his loved one..he takes out his rage on her...but falls in love with her and "R" her while he's still thinking that she's the person who hurted his loved one...find out he wronged her...runs after her..happie ending...now you'll find all of that aspect under "you know that you are watching a thai lakorn" section as stated above....

now reasons why i love SB...well..first of all the cast was absolutely AMAZING!! ...second there were soo many stories within the big story that could stand on their own..examples...big story Narin & Kavee's...but then there's also Kavee and Khun Kids...Kavee and Leela..Leela and Narin...Narin and Tom...Kavee and Pat..Pat and Tom..there's a lot... ..and I personally love that they showed the "sour" father & son relationship...that i tink so many of us can connect to...i know most of us don't exactly have the best relationship w/ our parents at the moment...but it's good to see that there are other ppl too..you're not alone...one of the best thing is that pra'ek have also knew and believed that nang'ek was a good person...and SB sisters you better know which part proves this...LOL..okay let me spill it out anyways..after Rin lied to him that the baby isn't his..he was so furious and angry...and wen pat asked him..he was like "she made me believed she was a good person all along"...so even through all the troubled they had..he had always thought of her as an angel..awww... :wub: ..there's just too many reasons...can't name 'em all..but last reason her...the FU**ING script was FREAKING tight!!! :arrg:

another good point there, kashie. although oum ruk was a huge success but that mean more pressure was on anne/ken and the production crew to make their upcoming lakorn live up to the fans expectation. there was a couple of articles before the lakorn aired, asking the producer and anne/ken do they feel under pressure and im sure they was cuz viewers are gonna expect alot from them especially since they are starring in a famous remake too.

some may not know that SB didnt start off with a high rating. first week it got a 6 which is really low considering its the higly anticipated lakorn but on the second week it jump to 13 and continue to go up. fans could easily lose interesting even if the lakorn starrs the powercouple

wow, Sb ended with a rating of 25!! anne/ken made a record. big congrats! anyone wanna see the clip, its on SeSan Sode and anonymous uploaded the clip @ AFC. they was showing how viewers were watching SB at the market place and they were so attach to the screen lol. we should be expecting to see anne/ken pair up once again. hehe

& i'd like to add the storyline/plot was just amazing. i gotta give it up to the writers of SB. SB kept me on edge & it did not disappoint me at all. it had me laughing, crying, cursing, touched, smiling, biting my nails, depressed, mad, and excited. & don't forget all the surprises. i didn't expect ken to kiss ann. a real F-ing Kiss. who would've thought? & then the rawr scenes. i was only expecting 2 but the writers decided to add 2 more to it. how F-ing Cool is that? & when ken slapped ann. oh mother of pearls, priceless!

so for me, it wasn't just because of anne & ken but because of the storyline & the all surprises the writers had up their sleeves. i was on the edge of my seat whenever i watch SB & biting my nails like crazy.

let me add..not only that ken slap ann..but that was a real freaken slap..you can just tell..i was like "shit" && seeing ann cry afterwards..man..i knew that shit musta hurt...they even confirm it themself that ann ask ken to slap her for real cos right after the slap..ann had to cry..so they both did a great job helping each other make the lakorn turn out great.
