Ch5 it goes either way.. when the lakorn is good.. it's good good.. when it's bad its bad bad ... lol so it's hard to openly criticize ch5.. but one thing is that sometimes their character are so over exaggerate lol (Pei as Viyada in Ngao Asoke) is one lmao;

i always been watching ch.3 lakorn because their lakorn is a lot better. Most of the time it doesn't drag as much as ch.7 and they get to the point. Ch.7 mostly NAM NAO lakorn sometime i watch ch.7 is because of Yui J and Pinky they only ch.7 people that i like.

depends on where you ask.....here at SarnWorld majority are ch 3 fans, but in Thailand, where the ratings matters ch 7 rule. Ch 3 appeal to the older audience, whereas ch 7 target the mass population. Ch 3 will never surpass Ch 7 ratings wise. Even quality wise, ch 7 and ch 5 get nominated for awards outside Thailand...whereas ch 3 has yet to gain that type of recognition outside Thailand. Most of the people, the scripts, the lakorns, the producers, the directors known for quality outside Thailand is from ch 7 and 5. Channel 3 is only getting recognition these past few years within Thailand with directors like Off Pongpat.

i actually had this conversation with a few directors and producers (i don't mean to sound posh) in thailand. in bangkok, people like to watch ch3 lakorns. they're fast paced lakorns. i mean some do drag, but a lot of them do get to the point and the end. you're done. on to the next one. some people, actually think that they are better quality as well. the editing. the music. the picture. and the acting.

as for ch7. they are the leading channel in thailand. a lot of people outside of bangkok love to watch their lakorns because...they don't take anything seriously. they watch it for fun. nothing serious. they don't pay attention to if people can act or not, they pay attention to see what happens next. that's why they are the leading channel in thailand.

i still love ch3. but i still watch ch7 ones. some of them are quite entertaining. my fave this year was Satroo Koo Kwan.

i think both channels have both good and bad quality lakorns. most of ch. 3 primetime lakorns are pretty decent. for ch. 7 sometimes it seems they just put everything together the night before which is bad! they are too also too long and need to end sooner. and whatever happened to their older p'eks? they're starting to pair older actresses with younger actors like aum and vier. pancake's lakorns are like on the entire year that's annoying too.

ch. 5 lakorns drag from epi to epi you're gonna have to wait till next week for any progress, thus are boring too. plus it's like they only have 1 director or something cuz u can see the resemblence in each lakorn.

i really don't know. when ch7 lakorns are good, they're really good and when they suck, they really suck. same thing for ch3 so equal for me. ch5 impressed me, their lakorns are very good but i start watching them a few months ago so...

edit: ch7 needs new hot p'eks!!! most of them are annoying and can't act!!!

Totally agree with everything you said! I only watch ch7 lakorns if the storyline REALLY REALLY appeals to me, if not then forget about it..Not only do their lakorns drag but the dialogues and scenes can be sooo extremely corny and cheesy..sometimes the storyline's good but it would be so poorly executed. They need to hire new script writers. Oh and another thing I can't stand..half the lakorn is full of flash backs! it's cool to show it once and a while but most of the time there's at least 1 flash back scene in every episode.

I mainly watch Ch7 but I could care less what people say about Ch7 going down the drain because actually they have not lol. Each channel has their ups and downs and everyone has their favorites. I'm happy with being a loyal Ch7 viewer haha. Oh and Chandada you don't have to be sorry. You're just expressing your opinion and opinions can't harm .

CH5 is last on my list. I guess most lakorns are overly exaggerated. I mean I understand if it's exaggerated but it's beyond what exaggeration can expel. There are some CH5 lakorn that I really do love to watch but recently I can't put myself to watch a recent one. Captain and Pim first lakorn together, I think was probably the last one I have seen completely. I still do watch CH5 but never finished one. And like I said, Captain and Pim first lakorn was the last one that I finished without skipping 3-10 episodes.

There are so many difference among the channel. As for my comment on CH7, last year up until now, hasn't caught my attention to the fullest. I am disappointed but I hope one day they can catch my attention again. Or maybe all the newbies just isn't fit for their role yet. I honestly don't like it when a young actress/actors plays a role that isn't fitted for them. If they are under 21 stay away from R lakorn and Kiss/Slap. I guess I get annoyed by it and a little uncomfortable watching it.

Expericence is not my problem, they can be in the entertainment business over decades and still suck at what they do. I was never fond of Jieb (nang ek from Fun Fueng) and I still don't like her acting. So I guess you can say I'm bias about my pick in acting skills and of course everyone else is. As for Brad Pitt never seen much in him and his acting doesn't empress me much. I appreciate other more than him ie. Will Smith. A great entertainer and actor and now you get my point some people may prefer Pitt over Smith and that's my point. Everyone is bias.

I always enjoy CH 5 lakorns in the beginning, but then they drag it out so much toward the end I just give up and never finish them. One thing I notice about CH5 is that they sure like their background music..anytime something happens even if it's nothing big the dramatic background music comes on..lol I always find that funny.

I was actually referring to Ch 7..but what I meant was new script writers as in the people who write the dialogues, NOT the actual story. Like I said sometimes the base of the story is good but yet the scenes and dialogues don't come out as well.

No opinions don't harm unless they get very personal. When they get personal it turns into destructive criticism and then you have people who are on different ends of the planet arguing in favor of themselves .
