ABS-CBN tried to get an interview with Cristine Reyes to clarify the issue of leaving Kapamilya network (aka ABS-CBN network). Isn't she happy to her career that the network was given to her anymore? "No, that not it...", the actresses started. "I didn't say anything about that. I always say that I am thankful that they trust me very well. I am really thankful that even if I was just starting, they give this big project. So, I am always thankful that they trust me so much."
Why is it that alleged reports says that she's going back to her homegrown network? Is it because that they haven't approved the negotiation yet? "No, its not the approval or whatever. For me, if whatever is the reason of that issue... I decided to keep it for myself. Besides, I let my manager to manage everything that is need to be decided, because she's the one who knows what's best for me. I'm quite emotional when it comes to decisions, so it's better if she's the one who will decide to what awaits me and to what's best for me."
What can she say about the issue of her and Jake Cuenca? Is it true that she was the one who spread the rumor about Jake who has halitosis? "Of course not! who said that?", Cristine ask. Jake already answer that issue and he believes that Cristine couldn't do that to him. "uhm, all I can is that whoever or wherever that came from, I am thankful that Jake believes that it didn't came from me. We're okay. Because of the top rating afternoon drama in ABS-CBN's via segment "HAPONTASTIC DRAMAS", the Precious Hearts Romances Presents: Bud Brothers Series never failed to please viewers. And because of that, the director of the series Ms. Cathy Garcia-Molina brings you the sequel starting on July 6, 2009. The story tackles about the Bud Brothers' marriage life, see how they will deal their lives through ups and down. Another thing is that director Cathy spilled something about the book series, that she might tv-adapt all the books series. Is that mean she'll include the Book 8? who will be the one to play the lead characters of book 8's Dick and Ginger?
The book 8 is a story about Dick who's an athlete, a comedian of the group at the same time and the most of all... a sucker for food. he will meet Ginger who's Mang Ambo's neighbor before he transferred to Lian, Batangas City because of the job he has in Bud Brothers flower farm. Dick and Ginger's meeting started in a wrong foot, but what if Ginger's grandmother plans something to make this guy fall for her granddaughter? what will Ginger do and how she's supposed to tell Dick about it? will he hate her even more?
Alessandra de Rossi had an interview recently, she was asked if what will be her next project. Alessandra told the media that she will have the Precious Hearts Romances but it haven't finalize yet. she was already told if who will be her partner in the said series, Alessandra and Oyo should play soon in the series but because they couldn't fixed their schedules it haven't finalize yet and the PHR production is looking for a couple to play that Alessandra and Oyo should play.
in a way, PHR production didn't told the media if what book they will play for upcoming series. all the media knew is that Toni Gonzaga and Derek Ramsey will play Vanessa's novel "Ang Lalaking Nagmahal Sa Akin" (The Man Who Loved Me).
since the Bud Brothers Series did have the extension because of highly recommended love teams, is that mean Alessandra and Oyo should be part of the book series? some says that they're the one should play the book 8 because Alessandra has the big similarities on Ginger's character in Book 8.
if schedules of Alessandra and Oyo couldn't help, one of the viewers considered most is the CriSen couple of PDA reality show season 2. viewers got hooked up in PDA show because of the lovey-dovey couple Cristina Pastor and Hansen Nichols, alleged reports that the two were casted in PHR show, BOOK 8. but the viewers weren't so sure if how true the reports are.
the two have seen in PDA already and now, the PHR production is planning to put them in their show to tv-adapt the books of PHR. the production thinks that the two could bring high ratings in their show and if they did, they maybe given some drama shows. the PHR production explained that their production is building up new love teams, admitting that they come up of experimenting the cast in the story (referring to the BOOK 4, 5 and 7 of Bud Brothers Series).

i think this is the first hint that direk Cathy said that she's planning to finish all the book series.
because that old lady is actually Ginger's grandma who's a well known herbalist in their barrio.
Ginger is the last leading lady that was presented in BOOK SERIES, because she will fall in love with Dick who's another part of bud brothers.
i think direct Cathy is trying to change the sequences, but she'll never change Dick's profile. in the bud brothers series, his character is an athlete and
joined sea games. so i think direct Cathy will include that the reason why Dick wasn't shown in BOOK 1 to 7 is because he's an athlete.
its still undecided if who will play the Dick and Ginger character.
