Silky n ppl who r abroad, u can send money via western Union, a money transfer service, n ppl u send money to can get it in a short time...they just need the sending number that u can tell them, and they go to a western Union office (or Post Office n other places which provides this service) to get it with the number n ID card.Hi Everyone.
I'd love to help out you guys.. Absolutely Love this forum.
Problem is, i'm in Australia, and i don't have paypal and don't really think mailing cash over to you is a good idea.
Do you have any other options?
Oh yeahhh e_e one of my customers told me it costed as much as buying one of my charms. O_O I can't believe it! Isn't it free at the banks though? I don't know. Aussie folks *sends marduk to attack* JUST KIDDING, I'M NOT COUNTRIST LIKE MARDUK!Ok I click the ad 30 time already, I hope that help. I think I ask one about order, and the guys the post office told it cost about AU$9 to write each money order.
LOLs. Why are there only two ads anyway? Can't you ask for more?
I think it'd be superb. But come to think about it, I understand. >.
This is a good post. Let me give some of my thoughts on it.Hi Darvil and everybody there...
First of all, i think it is an interesting idea, but, u may miss some other considerations to be taken into account...
- First of all, the problem of Bandwidth that u mentioned already and probably too briefly.... and dont forget to multiply your number of visitors per day by the video filesize which i think will make a big traffic jam on ur video server !
- Secondly, i think personally it's risky to host all lakorn and other video stuff on a single server. I take a look a little about clip share scripts requirement, (have to install some plugins for the server too hah ? lol), i think it will work perfectly assuming that u run on a single server and also with huge bandwidth to deliver video streaming content...
But the best solution would be to have 3 servers: 1 to serve Sarnies from Asia, 1 for European Sarnies, and 1 for US... like a distributed environment to deliver content to the closest visitors location and hence limiting the overheat of ur single server in ur workplace (ur boss may blame u if their network is soo slow lol).
Clip share is nice if u r video content creator, but regarding lakorns video, i think that most of ppl. want just to click on a link to download(very quick if possible lol) and watch comfortably with their PC, laptop, or home video DVD player etc...
- Finally, if u plan to host on a server in Europe or somewhere else, think twice about "copyrighted materials" including video/audio. Just a simple alert email is enough to give them the right to remove all ur contents or ban ur site.
As for me, i can provide you an unlimited webspace hosting & bandwidth on a server based in UK, but, not yet ready for copyrighted materials, except for personal creations... however, i don't know if in Thailand there is law to protect copyrights and stuff, regarding videos from Thai channels etc...
and if IpTV can sue u if u distributed their so called video contents lol...
^_^
It only for international money order. -_-Man I didn't realize wring a money order in Australia would be that expensive!
Totally agree on this one, really hate streaming.Hi Darvil and everybody there...

What if I like the things I watch, doesn't that mean I have stream it again and agin. Whereas if i can download then I can watch it over and over again. This is what I find annoying about youtube, cause I have to stream everying again when I want to watch certain part that I like. That is just my personal opinion. h34r:You're definately right about people preference in downloading series instead of streaming. This is actually one of the thing I like about it. Why? Well it would mean that there would be less people willing to stream and watch it in the small screen.
Hi Addiction,Oh...Interesting post, Anan.
But actually, the downloading or streaming. I think both would matter.
Free downloading has a limit. Sometimes, it slows down your PC an
all. But then again, like Sendspace, Megaupload, Rapidshare and others,
you are only allowed to download one file at a time. My theory is that
all free uploading sites are going to start doing that in the near future.
Because of that, sometimes, some folks just wish they could watch the
video even when they have to wait to download it. I mean Sendspace
limits you to download only one gig a day, right? And Megaupload limits
to a number of bytes too. So the streaming can come in handy.
I'm not saying you're wrong, because you're really smart and thinking
of other things that might happen. But, am I making sense? *Shrugs.
----------Muddie, LOLs. Just read that. I'm cracking up so bad. LMFAO.
Yea I get your point. And like I said, that isn't such a problem because its more of a "backup" plan. I'm sure there's a few things on there you'll likeIt only for international money order. -_-

There sure is a ton of hax out of sendspace and rapidshare but if you ask me.. it doesn't matter in our case. Thats because there won't be a daily limit anyway. As for exploiting apache.. if you ask me.. in streaming video, there isn't really a point in doing that. As long as you get to watch it, its not a problem for most people.Hi Addiction,
Well, that's interesting that u mentioned about these files hosting,
however, Sendspace and Rapidshare can be "cheated", and even if Darvil implement the same system based on IP address to limit the downloader...
We still can change at anytime our IP address using proxy servers, cleaning the cookies etc...
These uploading sites use already that principle to share the resource on different servers... ^_^
The Equivalent of Digital Millennium Copyright Act in France would be DADVSI, however, the LCEN is more focused on the trust and communication in the era of digital... where the ISP must be careful about what their members host in their servers and stuff...(as Jensen said: inappropriate contents, etc...)Videos which will be on that vdo server are mainly lakorns, shows, mvs, right??? well if we consider what the DMCA (in The USA) n the LCEN (For France)
Personally, i am ok if Darvil go for a backup plan(to backup whatever he wants... lakorn, mv, manga etc...), but i am less for buying the Clip share scripts (200$ right ?).Yea I get your point. And like I said, that isn't such a problem because its more of a "backup" plan. I'm sure there's a few things on there you'll like

Well i didn't forge the DADVSI, but me was too lazy to explain hahaha...I know, mai dee lereeeeeeeeeeeeee...The Equivalent of Digital Millennium Copyright Act in France would be DADVSI, however, the LCEN is more focused on the trust and communication in the era of digital... where the ISP must be careful about what their members host in their servers and stuff...(as Jensen said: inappropriate contents, etc...)
Jensen is right in some points...
Thai got also its copyright stuff... and i don't think that thai drama, show etc... are copyrighted (maybe i am wrong?) . You can broadcast them as long that u don't make money with, or alter its contents, in order to make them as "informative" and available to public.
Ditto.*scratch head*
