i like Toey and am happy that she's making more dramas where she is N'ek. i think it's about time. She's cute and funny and seem so natural. i think that if they give her a good stylist then she can pull off the look that a lot of people consider what a N'ek looks like. I like the fitting for this drama here. I cant wait for Mario's work. I like him in anything. I also like the fact that he works with many actresses and not just one. Mario is smart in this choice so he can learn from many actors.

I loved Toey in Timeline. she was really good in there. Many are saying that she does not have N'ek characteristics although she is good as a leading actress in movies. I kind of get this concept somewhat but not completely as I've only seen bits and pieces of her parts in lakorns, but I also think that it really depends on the character she's portraying or the project as a whole. It *could* work, I think. She's cute, she can act, perhaps she was cast here precisely because she doesn't have the conventional "N'ek" look or vibe. From the summary, it seems that she's supposed to be a tomboyish socially awkward girl or something. Perhaps they needed an offbeat kind of character.
For some reason, seeing her in those farming pics, with the hair and the straw hat, I am reminded of Maria from Sound of Music. I mean, in that movie Julie Andrews looked so simple but her eyes shined and her character really stood out. (she also purposely had ugly clothes and a bob because she was supposed to be a nun) I hope it would be like this for this Lakorn.

Mario and Toey are so compatible in looks and for me, in height. I love it when the nang ek is way smaller than the pra ek because it gives him more advantage, especially in slap/kiss/r-scene kind of lakorns. And they both look young and childish for their age. So adorable!
