I also recommend downloading the sample of the second book because this book also has Luang In and Pudsorn. The first few chapters shows them with their son and newborn daughter. I didn't buy the book yet coz I think they won't appear much but the sample has a couple of scenes with them and I think the sample is worth a download.

Yeah hopefully they get married in the lakorn. I still haven't even read the summary of this lakorn. I just know that it's about mystery from your post. I'm going to have to go back and read about it. Is there barely any gook gik scenes? I just want lots of pranang scenes and less annoying characters.
Since I heard the reception of the book was quite good, I thought it was well written, but based on your opinion, it's not. What a disappointment. I was hoping finally NY could have a good script. Let's hope that the scriptwriter can weave some magic.
If it takes the whole lakorn to just solve 1 murder case, is it too draggy? If out of 500 pages, there're only 20 pages worth translating, that means there is not much romance in the book? Uhmm, so many questions.

I think LK is kinda overhyped kinda not... it's a niche type of storyline so it makes sense it doesn't have mass appeal. It's popular I guess within its genre but it's not thaaaaaaat popular to mass readers. For instance it did well enough before NY were announced as leads that it was already re-printed 8 times. Compared to BPSW that one before it was made was reprinted 25 times lol But that one has more romance so it's not comparing similar stories where one did better than the other but just to show that it was VERY popular compared to LK which is respectable it got reprints at least most don't so it did well. Most novel readers love that romance aspect so you can see why this one isn't as popular because the reviews on the ebook sites LK only has around 50ish reviews while if you look up a random romance best seller and it's around 200 and up reviews lol LK is at least a decent storyline better than the one they were gonna do with Nadech and Taew lol so they have a better starting point coz that book didn't even have good reviews lool how good the lakorn ends up being is up to the producers abilities to make it more appleaing to the mass lakorn audience. If you want jin scenes and love scnes ... NO 
this one is NOT the one lol There is 1 or 2 accidental sniff kiss where her cheek bumped his nose. One stolen cheek kiss and a scene where she shaves him that's literally it lol They barely have scenes when they're alone most scenes have many characters. What's annoying about the writer is he doesn't develope parts well that shows the leads falling for eachother. They mostly just argue and act jealous later out of nowhere lol Like I said he doesn't even fully write out their engagement scene where you can imagine how they feel about their big day or just any scene of it which is weird... there's nothing lol Plus them getting engaged doesn't really change much anyway coz after that scene the direction switches to the conclusion lol So for me, someone who has read Thai romance style novel, there's no pay off here for that and the investigation part it's whatever it's not that exciting, just ok. There were only 2 scenes that were good for me that was related to this investigation part. Luang In's part that was indirectly related to the investigation where he has to catch a criminal which ties him to Pudsorn's investigation is actually a little more exciting thant the main investigation coz well it brought them together and created a peak moment for them. I think the writer is good with showing the leads' personalities well and they are good characters for NY to portray but he did not develop or focus much on a romance... While the main investigation it seems a little slow and bland.... coz how they find clues... it's just through word of mouth and they just follow up with it or make assumptions, there's no big action or crazy revelation lol The novel also focuses on some of their side characters too. But some of them are actually interesting so I don't mind them I'm looking forward to who will play some of the ones I like. The key word for act art for their script is, MORE. They need to dial everything up for sure coz the foundations are good just not as amazing as you would want. I like period lakorns so I don't mind the low romance but this one especially has extra low jin and just lead scenes so I hope they make it better. Plus the main selling point is the lead heroine coz her character is ahead of her times which I think is an interesting angle you don't see this often for Thai period lakorns.

That rumour must be true then. Now that they have all three main characters. Hopefully fitting will start soon. But I'd rather they spend more time to develop the script. I heard they have only started working on the script a few months ago, even though they have talked about this project 2 years ago.

Okay, hawkeyed... lol now get the rest of the cast lol I really wanna know who'll play Pudsorn's aunt and the Jao Jom Kinaree. The latter is a villain but a fierce role. I can see Pear or Yoghurt cast here. I would cast Yoghurt coz she has to be really stunning and maybe even more beautiful than Pudsorn coz she was in awe too lol Can't cast Yaya but have a regular ole supporting cast be considered more beautfiul than her lol Robert is too calm for New. He's better at fiery roles. He could've even been Pudsorn's brother. Her brother is kinda a fuck up in the story lol but his mom is half Chinese so he'll be chinky which New would suit. He's a good actor but I don't know if this is a good role for him. I also want to know who'll be Pudsorn's cousin and Luang In's right hand man coz these two are the leads in the sequel. The PooPoly guy also has been hinting that maybe Tik will play Luang In's dad... so if the cast for the sequel's leads aren't dlisters or straight supporting actors, this can be a true series. We'll take anything AHAHHAHAHAAThe costumes were done since last week. They keep pushing the fitting and filming so they're probably just waiting on the set because it has to be built. I think the casting has been done since they held those last auditions so they're not waiting on the actors... so they have to only be waiting on the set and of course script
They're kinda good at keeping tight lip with the casting... I say kinda only coz we've been knew about a lot of details for this lakorn but a lot of times, supporting actors give it up too that they have such and such projects coming up but you don't hear nothing publicly for LK. The cast is so big too so many leaks or reveals should come out but...
