I haven't seen it yet...but the whole Chuck Blair thing was so random when they brought it up last season...and Nate went back to Vanessa?! What?! They just didn't seem right for each other after she got all shady and scheming like Blair...it's like, the lengths she'd go to hold on to Nate, I personally don't like her character, cuz they don't keep her consistent...like she's supposed to be a good girl, but with a really bad side, so I can't even sympathize with her...For Blair, Chuck, even Serena, I can sympathize cuz they all got issues...Nate too...like Blair and Chuck were the bad ones in the bunch, but they have reason for it, and I grew to like them...Vanessa on the other hand, she came out as this supposed girl next door...but first she was shady by keeping Nate's letter from Jenny, even though she felt so guilty and confessed later...then she was scheming with Chuck to separate Blair and Nate...I used to like Nate and Vanessa, but now I just wish they'd bring someone new in for Nate, I like Chace.
I'm pretty sure the mysterious guy you guys are talking about is Dan and Serena's half-brother...because he wasn't dead, and I'm pretty sure he'd want to know his own family...I bet you he's Dan's fan, the one that sent him some story he wanted Dan to comment on or something, cuz they brought in that story out of nowhere...so I figured that guy could get close to the family to see if they're genuine or worth keeping...depending if the guy is good or bad.
I wonder if they reveal who gossip girl is, if they'd use Kristin Bell since her voice is the voice of gossip girl...or they'd bring someone new in...she's practically around the same age as all of them, and Veronica Mars wasn't that long ago...Kristin could look like a college girl...I think it would be cool, since Kristin isn't on anything these days since they killed her off on Heroes.
