This song is from Jism 2. Same here, I didnt like the song too but after hearing a couple of times I liked it.

If i'm in Aarti's shoe, i might do the same .. i mean, she's at her vulnerable stage and every time she tries to tell him, he always shut her off .. this just makes matter worse for her .. therefore, she feels her child is unwanted by him and since she wants the child, it's best for her to leave him.
