Patta shook his head in disbelief as he listen to the laughter, had she gone mad ? There nothing humorous about his situation and he doesn't have the heart to even smile . He zip the luggage and walk toward the door with it , leaving his mother to enjoy her victory in peace ! He swing the door open and was startle , his sister was standing in front of him ! How long was she there? "little ..aff"
"the hospital call , mother Rosa wish to see you , there isn't much time left"
"is she ok ?"
"the doctor said , we must hurry ." she quickly turn away while wiping the tear and headed down stair . Everyone went to the hospital after receiving a call from the doctor , Rosa's condition had got worsen and close family should immediate come . Mr.Taksorn was talking to the doctor while Aff , Kapin and Palin was in the other the room the nurse had prepare for Rosa . They stood there watching the nurse strap tubes on Rosa's arm and turning on the monitor , the screen read at 40% .
Kaping and Palin was in a moment of sorrow, even though in the pass they always bicker at each other and fight for Mr. Tasksorn's attention but they had grown to except each other difference and their children had grown up together as a family. Now that they saw how lifeless Rosa is , there was no room for angry or hate but instead a feeling of a family lost . A lot had happen that was beyond their control . Yes , they were selfish and foolish for letting a young man blind them with lust ! They realize nothing is important then what they already had but it all too late ..too late to retrieve it back .
Aff approach the bed with tear dangling in her eye , "mother rosa , come back to us . You have to get better " she cover her mouth to stop the sobbing but her body betray her and tremble in grief . Rosa 's eye slowly lift , she was awaken by the sound of someone crying and she smile weakly at the girl in front of her .
"don't cry.."
Aff smile happily and reach out to grab the wrinkle hand that was strapped with wire and tube "you be ok, stay with us"
"where Patta?"
"he..coming .." tear drip down and splash on the old lady hand
"I know ..who the father of your child is .." Rosa smile with such warmth that Aff couldn't help but continue to shred tear of pain .
"I..I never intend to hide it from anyone but I have too mother Rosa"

Aff was speechless , only Rosa understand her feeling and never pressure her to reveal anything she doesn't want but Aff had always respected Rosa and love her like a second mother . Then she pull backward to search for Rosa's approve
"darling , you surprise me " Rosa smile and felt drifted all the suddenly , her eye begin to close by itself and she can hear Aff calling out her name but she couldn't reply back .
Patta reach the hospital with Nana and he didn't wait for her to get out the car , instead he run into the building with such impatient that if he stop , surely he will die because he want to see Rosa , dear god please let her live. He swing open the door and run toward the bed where Rosa lay lifelessly , Aff move to the side and let Patta have his space with his mother . He grab her hand and shouted
"mom ..mom, im here "� tear was rushing down his face as he stare into the pale face lady , who peacefully sleeping before him . O' how it hurt to see her lifeless , memory of his childhood flashes before his eye . He remember all the moment he cry because of father's scorn and he would embrace Rosa for comfort and support. She would hug him back tightly and kiss his forehead , telling him how much she love him regardless what anyone think . Rosa was more than a mother , she was the warmth he crave for not even his real mother can be compare to Rosa ..because ..her love was real and come from the heart. Patta kiss her hand and continue "wake up ..im sorry I hurt you . Please god , take me instead , mom .." he cry and cry ..with tear that sting his face , he was full of regret and feel responsible for her condition . If he hadn't listen to his real mother and drug Rosa with those ...those poison pill!!! Then this will never happen ! Patta bury his face onto the bed to silent his whimpering .

Patta nodded his head and lean forward , she whisper into his ear as he cries out " ...mom .." tear continue to drip as he listen to every words she said and when he thought there was more --- there was silent . He waited and waited but there was nothing but peacefully sound of nothing . He close his eye and let the pain sink in to the bottom of his heart , where all his sorrow and sin was stash. There nobody left that willing to love this monster ....
Rosa dies with a smile on her face , even after knowing the truth and the secret that Patta thought will destroy her was nothing but his foolish fear …because no matter whom child he is , to Rosa he was the only child she waited for . She wasn't angry or regret loving him but instead happy that in her last breath , he return back into her arm again where it should be. Everyone in the room was in grief .while Nana smiling in the background .
Mr.Taksorn return into the room after finish talking to the doctor but once he got inside he was dishearten because his wife had die and he wasn't there to hear her last words . He close his eye to hold back the tear but his ear wasn't shut and heard Patta crying out for Rosa . Mr.Taksorn was move by his son grief and realize how much Rosa mean to Patta , even though she wasn't his real mother but he love her none the less , so he decided " ...Patta..you can stay till your mother funeral is over .."
Patta turn to his father and goes down on the floor with leg folded and hand together, he bow his head down . Thanking his father for letting him stay , even though he have no right after destroying ...everyone life ! Even his father whom once was a beast in his eye begin to look better than a monster like him " ....i will leave after the funeral , thank you ..father .."

The funeral was held for seven days , Patta keep himself busy with all the arrangement at the temple. He refuse to talk to anyone in the house beside Mr.Taksorn . He would avoid any eye contact with the rest of the family member and if they cross path, he would walk the other way. It was difficult to deal with all the guilt he had because he was the reason Rosa die! He was the one that give the medicine to the servant and told them to give it to Rosa before every meal, he should held responsible for her death !! He a murder ! O' lord the guilty pain is killing him each and every minute of the day ! Even though Rosa forgive him , it still doesn't change the fact he kill her and he would had feel better if Rosa hated him but ..dear god ..she didn't ! She didn't and forgive him !!!
Patta and the rest of the family member was at the temple listening to the monk . They all sat on the chair with their hand together as the sound of chanting echo the temple wall. The doctor had reported to the police that Rosa was poison and for the past couple days Mr.Taksorn went down to the police station to answer question about the incident that happen. Patta knew everything will be discover sooner or later and yet he refuse to leave the house even after Mr.Taksorn advise him to leave ..a couple day before but Patta just shook his head ..because he wanted to stay till Rosa's funeral is over . And Patta was happy that his father even after all the chaos he created in the house, at the last minute Mr.Taksorn call his son into the office and in form him about the investigation.
"good bye mom "� Patta pull out both his hand to let the officer cuff him and they took him to the police station . They will lock him up in jail till the hearing date and if he have a lawyer, he should contact them immediately .
Nana was speechless and couldn't move from where she was standing as she watch the officer took her son away.

Though she despise the monster with all her heart but after hearing everything , she finally understood and this wasn't the first time she over heard the conversation between Patta and Saipoon but the day she came to tell her brother the hospital had call , she was standing by the door thru the whole argument and finally understood why he became an ..escort and why he wanted revenge but she keep denying the truth that he was leaded by his own mother because she want to ..HATE HIM until ..tonight . When she witness Patta turning himself , in order to save his mother from the crime and in that very moment she realize how compassion he is. . She try to fight the feeling to hate him ..hate him hate him but yet it hurt to even think that way against the father of her child.
