Awww that sucks. Well I wasn't happy with the cast anyways so I'll just pretend this remake doesn't exist. I loved the Ning and Patson version so much. *side note* does anyone know if the original novel has a rawr scene like in Ning's version?
Is it really because Fair ended his contract? I feel like he only signed it recently, like right before they announced he was going to be in this lakorn. I don't think they sign short contracts for newbies which means he would be in breach of contract if true.
Also I feel like the fight got personal between the author and producer. I don't think the producer would go after the author like that if they were doing this to spite only Fair.
I think this changed ending was always the plan. Did yall listen to Donut's interview? She said something like well you know Laweng loves Gawee and for her to change her mind and love Yo would mean she's not a good woman. But she did say, she's had conversations with the director from the start that people would feel sorry for Yo because he didn't do anything wrong and the audience would be on his side to see this good guy who who is so devoted to the woman he loves get nothing in return.

I having see the old version so I'll just go with how this lakorn end although the ending might be change or not. It does seem weird and not right because Yo supposed to be the main guy. Yo and Wasee look better together because for some reason it's kinda weird seeing Donut and Tono together now. Still enjoy the lakorn so far.

and on a side note...in regards to the laweng/wasee falling for yo thing, i think it makes perfect sense y she ends up loving yotha. first of all, what's not to love?! hez so yummy in every way. and second of all, the whole point of the confusiom is to show laweng/wasee's discovery of true love versus closeness and familiarity. this has nothing to do with her being easy or a bad woman. itz just she realizes what she had with vee was not true love, thatz y the "love" triangle turned out the way it did. duh! stupid producer tries to get donut, the cast or whoever else to vouch for the changed ending with this reasoning, but nobody is buying it. how dumb...

The whole "staying faithful to your first love and not loving another guy" reminds me of Khu Kam and we all know how miserably that ended. It's why there are so many battered women in the world - it's because they're afraid of accepting that they love someone other than who they *thought* was their first love. But anyway, back on topic, I think bad publicity is still publicity. This whole fiasco may be good for our man, Fair. I mean, so many people are now more interested in giving him a happy ending, I hope the powers that be are already writing a good one for him. I'd love to see him again as gentle but alpha male praek. He'll carry your bags, but he'll carry you to the bed too! Rawr! *faints*
