I don't think Kim has been giving a challenging role. Her princess role with Tik, I didn't think she did that great. Mai and Kwan seemed to be better at it. Out of all 3 Mai makes a convincing princess cause she has that elegance, bitch-like attitude roll into 1 lol.
Ummm...the actors/actresses made us all experts in acting hahahh. I mean, even the fans judged them on their acting (saying how good they are in their roles or how perfect they matched it because of their acting so why can't others judge them on how bad or not good they are). I take it only fans are allowed to judge and see the good but others might point out the not so good and all of a sudden we became the "experts" hahahah...funny.

Fans shouldn't be salty when people criticise their faves, but I don't like how some of you are acting like only fans are biased. Yaya and Kim are on the same level acting wise, but while everyone here might not be a Yaya stan, she's definitely better liked on Asian Fuse than Kim is, so she's praised more and given more leeway.
For example, some of the things I see people talking about disliking or hating that Kimmy does, other actresses (including Yaya) do. I'm not saying that they're pretending to hate X action or thing Kim does just to hate on her, but that because they don't like her or feel neutral towards her they notice that thing/ action more. There are some things my friends do that I generally don't like, but because they're the ones doing it, it doesn't bother as much as if a stranger was doing it or I don't notice it as much and, depending on what the action is that I dislike is, outright excuse it. People who I don't know (so feel neutral about) and people I dislike, don't get that leeway with me.
Its also a good example of what I said earlier, people here criticise Kim for allegedly always playing the same character (I personally disagree with this, I think she's played a decently varied range of characters) and not challenging herself. With Mint, like you said they'll say that it's CH3 not giving her a chance to shine and any issues with her acting blamed on poor scripts.
We're all biased and so is our perception of celebs.

Most of Ch3 and Ch7's lakorns are at baseline. I don't think anybody goes into them thinking "OMG the plot is so interesting!" It's more like "OMG the pairing is so cute/hot/perfect!"
I think as a fan, you need to acknowledge your fave has weaknesses. Acting is a craft and they need to practice the craft to get to master level.
Sadly acting is not always taken seriously in Asia. As we have seen with Nataraj and all the thai award shows...

Never thought of this pairing, but now I want to see it.
When I first got into Thai lakorns and didn’t realise that actors couldn’t pair up with people from other channels I really wanted Weir to pair up with Kim (and Yaya). I’d be soo happy if he paired up with either of them.
I pray that actors stop getting locked into deals with channels and they all go freelance. Could you imagine the pairings???
-Mark with Aum, Min, Thisa and Noon
-Kim with Sunny, Push, Film, Weir and Mond (Mint’s brother lmao),

Mint is one of my faves but I’ve always acknowledged that she’s not the best actress and part of that is definitely because she doesn’t get challenging roles to at least grow a little bit. You really can’t lie about that lol Of course she doesn’t exactly have the natural acting talent that people like Taew or Matt or Kim have but people in her situation would grow a good amount if they were given good content. Same goes for Kim. She’s a way better actress than Mint but she’s honestly in the same boat as Mint cause she legit always gets the same types of roles and only finally got a pretty fresh and new one in Thong Ek (which I think she did a pretty good job in). The only difference between Mint and Kimmys situation is that Kimmy actually gets good lakorns and p’eks despite getting the same types of roles. However I also do acknowledge that Mint herself doesn’t seem to care about which roles she receives now which makes her partly to blame. She should try to get better ones like Ice does. Also regarding her dating her man, of course she started dating Puppa cause of his money. Duh I think we all can acknowledge that. However lots of us feel like she seems to genuinely love him now this far into their relationship. Mindless fangirls are definitely a problem cause they throw shade anytime someone tries to express an opinion about their faves and then try to drag whoever is your fave. It makes absolutely no sense. Like if you can’t handle someone having a negative opinion on someone you like then you probably shouldn’t be on this website. It’s not a hard concept to understand.
Omg Kimmy and Weir. He would suit her so well. And I’ve also always wanted to see Ferny pair with Mark of Nadech! Mario and Mookda has been something I’ve wanted to see as well. Great and Sammie is one that I’ve wanted since I saw them at a wedding together!

Anyways, yes there’s so many pairings I always want to see but it sucks that Thai Entertainment isn’t like Hollywood’s where anyone can work with anyone. Hollywood is of course more opened minded too to seeing a variety of people pairing together.
I honestly don’t really like real life couples pairing up in lakorns but if I got to see Weir and Bella pair up in a lakorn together I would be so happy lol. Plus they both get awesome ratings for their channels, now imagine them teaming up lol.
