I'm a woman and I don't like fake boobs, well depends on how big they are. If they're in your face huge it's just disgusting. If they're more natural looking then it's not so bad. I have nothing against fake boobs, I just don't like the ones that are obviously fake-looking. It's so cartoonish.
I've dated guys who would NEVER date a girl with fake boobs because they say it's like false advertisment, you think you're getting the real deal but it's all fake, not by just appearance but the texture is different. Fake boobs sit a certain way and no matter what you do they'll look that way and as you get older it looks even worse because their breasts will still look young will the rest of their body gets wrinkly and age spots.
The thing about real breasts is that they change with the outfit and bra, if you want a perkier look to go with a top, change the bra. If you want to wear a dress that's low cut, go without a bra and use double sided tape for protection. With fake breasts you can't do that because they'll always be up there and if you wear anything low cut it makes the girl look like a stripper.
Bigger isn't always better, women need to understand that if they're going to change their size, change it to compliment their proportions NOT make it center attention and be the only thing people see or look at.
My boyfriend's cousin had breast augmentation done, she was fine the way she was but she wanted to fill out her tops more so she went under the knife. She's a very, very petite girl, maybe 5'1" but super skinny so when she had them done, she got like a full C cup but it threw off her body proportion and just made her look a little strange. A C cup isn't that big but on her body they looked like DDs, she should have gone with something a little more natural looking to fit her body frame, anyone who sees her weather she's wearing a low cut top or not can tell it's fake just because of how high they are.
I'm a natural C cup but it looks normal on me because the rest of my body is proportionate.
