Thank you Khun vimalee for clarifying that! I haven't gone completely delusional after all . Yes you are right most Thai celebrities don't specify someone as their ideal type unlike the Korean celebs that why I was quite surprised about James answer. I'm sure yaya is not seriously annoyed with James. They are just kidding. I saw not long ago that they both were using the same make up or hairstylist on the same day I think it was for seventeen mag. Are they having a photo shoot together or was it coincidental?

Jellyfish! I saw that too!! I do hope they do a magazine shoot soon. I think some people find James to be arrogant when he answers questions but I feel that he's just being a funny kid, and I like his humor. I think it's good that he's also reserved around Yaya. That means he respects her(and Nadech hehehehe) a lot. Bella I think allows him to be more touchy Feely maybe because she feels more motherly or sisterly towards him hahaha. That's what I personally think.

In general ya is quite reserved/shy around new ppl, it took her and na like 3-4yrs and many lakorns to be this close, they were still wai-ing each other after doing sweet scenes during tnnkk, and to this date they still wai each other lol. So for her to be this close to jj after their first lakorn, they are quite comfortable with each other. And i think that's one of the thing i like abt her, she doesnt get all touchy with others to create the krasae, it shows alot of respect for her acting partner, life partner and ofcourse herself too <3

Watching this makes me so appreciative of mae pla, she is such a wonderful mother! I really liked that one question where they asked how do you refrain from changing to a different person when you become famous! With mae pla always constantly reminding and helping ya, i will never be afraid she will slip into that arrogant superstar status <3

In term of story line and dialogues almost 100% the same however this version each character is able to bring different flavour from the previous version which is the reason why I really enjoyed it. For example, the dynamics relationship between the siblings is really a standout for me. Also another difference is the relationship between the older sister and Khun chai prasat porn. In the older version it was almost non existent.
It's a light hearted lakorn and I highly recommend if you like the old lakorn formula where pranangs have high ego and likes to fight with each other :)

Oh and may I just add in the beginning james might shock you because of how young he looks but he does grow on you. Let's face it he's no Ken T but he gives a different flavour. :)

Yes Phatman, for me they were different, although as Jellyfish said the script is almost the same. The major difference with the Ken and Janie version and this version is that Ken was a very handsome Neung. He's a jerk but somehow he's so damn suave and dashing, you'd be like (to Poom), dayum girl! take a chill pilll! So basically I was rooting for Ken/Neung the whole time. 
 
But with James Ji and Yaya, personally, as I watched them, I liked them to fight and fight some more. those scenes when James was being a biatch (bully) and Yaya was holding her ground was really the highlight of the show. James was a really spiteful Neung yet there was more vulnerability in his character as you can see that towards the end he was really immature (insane prejudice), then confused and he had a hard time expressing to Poom his true feelings (or he can't accept that he fell in love with her when he swore not to, and finally when he was in love, he can't take that she can't love him. Duh dude, you've been a jerk to her for 9 episodes!). As for Yaya, I think her Poom is more mature than Janie's Poom, in that you really root for her and feel sympathetic towards her situation. I personally found Janie's Poom to be (too) unreasonable at times. Yaya's Poom had that Pride element nailed down. (Pride and Prejudice seemed to be the theme of NNS, I think) So in the new version, I was team Poom all the way.

Oh no! Neko, the fan-subber who did the subs for episodes 1-7 said she is putting the subbing project on Hiatus because the Youtube channel uploaded her work without giving credit. That's so sad.  :cry: . Here's neko's post:

That's horrible. Especially their works being stole by someone else. Thanks to Neko, otherwise wouldn't be able to watch this drama. Hope she wil reconsider subbing.

I absolutely loved Ken and Janie in this one and I don't think James and Yaya's version could compare even though it was stayed pretty faithful to the 2005 version. There was just minimal chemistry and as much as I like James and think that he is a good actor, I don't think he suits the role and it's hard to fill Ken's shoes. Ken was effortlessly perfect as Neung. Yaya was really good in here though, she nailed the scene in the car with the speech about how women are always the ones to lose face. I'm not saying the lakorn was bad but it wasn't anything special. I liked how they expanded on Khun Chai and Paen's relationship though instead of randomly springing it like in the old version.
