When it got to the part where she is doing the garden thing, my mom was like, "Man, she should have gotten that shovel thing and wack him in the head. If I was her, I would killed him and run off. This is so unrealistic."

I started laughing my head off. My mom is a pretty conservative lao woman and to hear differ from the thai people just made my day.
She enjoys the show, but she thinks that HARIT is stupid and too mean.
I asked why she thougth that Harit was stupid. She said why is he blaming some girl for his brother's death. He's brother is his own person. You can't blame other people's for your brother's stupidity.
THen she said in her broken english, "he's stool-bed."

I started laughing.

:loool: that's a funny story of your mom. but she's right .. in reality, that's how us girl would do .. smack him right back .. but if a girl is trap in an island like that,she's her own surival. she can't just beat anyone, she dont' even know the way well .. could be why she's lost most of the time .. but the point is .. your mom didn't think she's aggressive enough .. that's just too cute .. wish my mom watch lakorn too . but if i were to put on ,she'll doze off instead ..

Yea, I'm rewatching it with her. I connected my laptop using a S-video cable to her TV in her room and we're watching the show together.

For the past like 30 mintures she was complaining to me that Soriya is not aggressive enough. I had to tell her to be quiet. She loves GAYU, whenever Gayu comes on, my mom chuckles.

My mom is kinda a tough cookie...so. She thinks with all those resources (ax, machet, sticks, logs) soriya has a chance of beating Harit and Bai. haha.
My mom thinks that risk of staying with them is greater than getting lost in the island.

We finished ep. 2 and there was a preview of Soriya throwing eggs at Harit and my mom was WOOTing and said she likes that part.

Lynda: Your Mom sounds so cute. Haha, my Mom was all like, it's been so long since you've been so active and energetic about a drama, the last one was Heaven Sword Dragon Sabre 2000. I pinkypromise, when I was watching that Chinese series, I literally couldn't attend classes so I had my parents call in sick for all the time, bad habits. ^_^ Blame my Dad, he got me hooked! And now JLR, my Mom, Sister, and me are totally addicted beyond addicted.

cecilia~ I realized my new JLR wallie looks alot like your in terms of coloring, even though I swear I never saw yours until after mine was completed a couple hours ago.
*Check your temperature for signs of increasing fever.* We must all be coming down with the same syptoms of JLR/jungle fever to have it turn out like this. :)
I definitely feel ill... must be lack of sleep. Should try to fit that into my schedule sometime soon. Maybe now might be a good time. ;)

okay, i`m a fan of this actaul thread itself. All of yah are soo funny. I had read about 97% of what u guys posted...195 pages! I love the lakorn and I do have Jungle Fever as well...lol! I`m loving Harit and Soriya...always bitting each others. Aum...he`s nice to the eyes. have u guys seen him in Thee Trakoon Song with Bua Chompoo? He is too good looking in there too!

man, i find myself coming here more often than the lakorn dl forum itself.

i love all of the wallpaper designs----so creative!!! hahaha even yours sarn, it is cute.

dang i love that mv that sarn made. shoot i am going to rewatch this lakorn from the beginning.

i liked aum since he played in dao long fah, kong jak lai dork bua, tee trakol song, (heck even in lom huan), also just realized he had a role in this other lakorn i cant even remember the name of it right now (it had anne sirium, kong saharat & sai charouenpura)...although he was kinda young back then-almost didnt reconized him btw, all of the lakorn was good but man this is the greatest one yet and he's got my full undivided attention!!!

I already noticed Aum way back in the days in one of his first leading lakorns, Tanchai Nai Saimot. I thought he was really cute and I did have questions whether he was mixed or not because that blond hair and blue contacts really transformed him and even without those extra props, Aum looks mixed. Anyone know if he is? :huh: I mean, he's so white. All of that sun in the island for this lakorn didn't tan him a bit. :lol: But after the lakorn he did with Nadia like years ago where he would drop white roses or something for her, I lost interest so this lakorn has been the very first to unite my interest in him. He has gotten a lot better looking with age plus, I think it's the role that has made him so yummy. :lol: Because man, I couldn't stand watching Aum in Rai Rissaya, so boring and the rest of his lakorns are like yawns. I love Aum as Harith. ^_^

(i love aum and benz and since benz was n'rai in there, i didnt want to watch it and dislike her role in that lakorn, even though shes really really good at being mean) i guess i dont want to ruin her n'ek image- you know what i mean?!

you are so right----aum melts alot of girls heart, in this lakorn. (i am all blushed out just thinking and typing this) as if he is reading this lol


ps i dont know if he is mixed or not, but in my opinion he looks like he mixed chinese like everyone else ^_^
