om-nom-nom updates. I guess it won't be called "Roses Above Clouds" like the literal translation of the title after all, since ch. 7 gave it an 'official' (typo) English name, "Temptation of Roses". While I'm at it, they need to hire new graphic designers since this looks like it was slapped together with Paint.
Why are they doing this to me? Isn't it bad enough that us Asians get made fun of because of our so-called fobby English ;_;~ Nonetheless, I am excited and I'm seriously considering this as my next project after Bitter Honey. But I have a feeling like Aum's fans might pick this up, I don't know.
Number of episodes: 18 [unconfirmed]
Short Synopsis (This is from the novel's version, they'll probably be changes to the scripts) :
When you think of the It Girl of Thailand, the first person that comes to mind must be Irin (Aum), the executive editor of a popular fashion magazine. She's pretty, graceful, smart and oh-so proper! Only people who are close to her know the truth, that she's actually the 'dangerous' to the point where they need to put a sign next to her and warn others.
No one dares to cross her. Because if you piss her off, you'd wish you were dead! Who could imagine that such devious plan for revenge could possibly comes from such a pretty girl like her?
Anawin (Stephan), he's a peaceful man. He never tries to cause trouble to anyone, but ends up being labeled as "Enemy Number 4" by chance. He became the target that Irin is trying to steal from her enemy, Oranuch (Noon).
So now, how will Anawin survive all these plans that includes blackmailing, false news, clips, and even a contract to borrow large sum of money from a bank?
[It's my understanding that Irin has a friend, and the friend likes Anawin and wants her to help her be with Anawin. Meanwhile, Irin made a mistake and thought that Oranuch is Anawin's girlfriend. And there's something about Oranuch's sibling doing something to Irin in the past, so they don't like each other.]
