the title is call "เสียงหัวใจ" which can be translated to the voice of my heart or my heart's voice. Couldn't read the artist's name, sry. Hope that helps.

Rome didn't drug Nam. I watched the whole episode and no such thing happened. Instead Peema drugged Rome and hired these two girls and ruin his engagement....ahaha
