if u really did deleted out the sound card prg and not just turn it off....if u just turn it off try doing wat KhoOnxNouxWanxJai say if not....u could install the sound card again using the cd from the motherboard if u lost the cd....u can go to their site and download it....u need to know wat...

most motherboard has a built in sound card and if thats wat u have then u can reinstall the sound card using ur motherboard cd...

u need a prg that can view subtitle file (i use vob sub or WMP work too) to view the sub the vide file and srt file has to have the same name like for an example my sassy gurl eps 1.wmv my sassy gurl eps 1.srt also both of the file have to be in the same folder

if u install it right just click on the link u want to dl and there should be a tiny box at the upper left corner of ur screen showing the progress of ur download and to see where the files u dl are store at just click on tools click on options click on dowload and in the dictory section tell...

there dis prg called sub mux where it turn soft sub into hard sub but it only work in certain files or u can use this video convert called win avi where it turn soft sub into hard sub as well
